  1. Add feature to Insert Signature and Timestamp to Flex Notes

    This would be very helpful to us as we document no-shows and cancellations as well as physician communication on flex notes.

  2. Accounting Module - Separate out the Total Payments/Total Adjustments/ Balance section on a per case basis.

    By Separating out the payments/adjustments by case you have a quick reference (especially for Medicare patients) to how close you are to the cap each/year/ case. Since its a cumulative right now this is a very difficult task to acheive in a short amount of time.

  3. Show primary phone# on each pt's appointment slot under their name

    Adding the primary phone to each appt slot shown would save much time when contacting patients for reminder calls, etc. This info should show in documentation, scheduler, and any printable version of the calendar. Thanks!
    ****Actually...adding the phone AND the total visits in current case would be outstanding and reduce insurance prior auth oversights!!!

  4. Denial Organizer Issues

    If you refresh the Denial Organizer, it kicks you out and takes you back to the main widget screen. You then have to re-open the Denial Organizer and re-filter the Advanced settings at the bottom. Also, the system sometimes glitches when trying to delete an item from the Denial Organizer and won't let you delete the item unless you refresh and go back in.

  5. Unable to Enlarge Locked Notes In Documentation

    When you click on a locked document in Documentation, the note/item appears on the right hand of the screen, but the whole note isn't visible and the system won't allow you to enlarge it. This makes it difficult when trying to read a locked PT note, and you continually have to scroll back and forth.

  6. Zoom out on the schedule to fit the entire day.

    We would like to book our follow up appts in 40min slots versus 30min. In order to do so, we have to change the view to 10min increments. Can you make a feature that zooms out to fit the entire day?

  7. Add sorting options for archiving.

    Add an option where you can select only patients that have never been archived. Also, add a selectable "Date Last Seen" option, so you could archive everyone that had not been seen in a certain amount of time.

  8. Add a field in verification of benefits for current out of pocket max paid

    You've added the Out of Pocket Max field but we also need to know how much of that has been met since it isn't always the same as the deductible amount met.

  10. Signature capture integration

    We use a Topaz signature capture for our patients to sign in. It would be great if they could find their own last or first name and appointment time on such a screen, select a "sign in" option, and apply their signature, which would then be on file attached to their case and appointment.

  11. Add calculator feature into payment posting cell

    Implement a calculator feature within all posting cells. For instance, Medicare will sometime have 2 or 3 adjustment amounts for one charge. It would be nice to be able to enter an amount $10.00, then the + key, your next amount $10.00 and then the Enter button (as the equal sign) to get your total $20.00. This way, you would not need to pull out a calculator, since it is within each posting cell.

  12. Locking a Discharge Note automatically locks the case.

    Change configuration within Documentation such that whenever a clinician Locks a Discharge Note the primary Case also automatically locks. The “Patient Active Status” should also automatically default to “Is Active.” This will eliminate errors related to new items (notes, appointments, ...)being added to Discharged cases by mistake.

  14. Recurring/Appointment Series

    To be able to alter a recurring appointment or blocked time series' time or date all at once (like in Outlook). Rather than having to delete the undesired times or dates and re-enter them. Typically one needs to change the entire series all at once to another time or day.

  15. Documentation Task

    It would be helpful if theraoffice can come up with a new update of the documentation task. For example, there should be an option to alphabetize the task by patient names or task types (we were able to do it in the previous version) instead of by days task was created. Also would be helpful if we can do a patient name search. Right now it only lets us type the patient first letter of their last name then we have to scroll down and look for patient.

  16. Cover Sheet

    I would like for fax cover sheets to be saved within the patient account to show clearly where and who faxes are sent to. When a fax fails our support staff have no convenient way to tell where to re-send them. When a fax succeeds there is not a convenient record of that occurrence. Tracking movement of medical record is a HIPPA issue.

  19. Patient Health History to Update as Needed

    Enter the patient's med/surg history that would accompany every case. Only change when the patient has a change in the previously reported history.

  20. Add "Undo Button" back to Documentation

    Please add the "undo button" option back to documentation. When editing a note in the word program it was very convenient to have that option. When you accidently delete a big section in your note you can no longer just push the undo button, you have to do it all over again.
