  1. Automatically change status from "Ready to Bill" to Sent for Invoices

    When sending out invoices, the status of charges remains on "ready to bill" until invoice is paid. This should change to indicate that an invoice has been prepared and sent just like when billing insurance.

  2. Make the cells under the treatment column wrap.

    Make the cells under the treatment column wrap text. I believe that it did this before the recent updates but no longer does and makes it very difficult to read each treatment. Would also be nice if this column was a little wider as a default so it was easier to read.

  3. document reminders

    Current/Active document reminders that have not been fulfilled should show in the Case Information under the Reminders tab next to where it currently says "Set". This would allow you to see that a document reminder is active without having to open up the Document Reminders window.

  4. Have the g-code reminder pop up whenever an intial eval is opened on medicare patient.

    This way if another case is going or not discharged yet the reminders would be there. Since they are needed anytme an eval or reval is done would be use to remind us.

  5. DOCUMENT REMINDERS

    Link the document reminders to the schedule somehow so that when one is coming up, you can easily view if the patient is already scheduled or needs to be.

  6. Add Home Health Episode of Care section and in Hospice care section

    Ability to input dates of a home health episode of care and hold/release bills until discharged from HHE. And same for under Hospice care.

  7. After Archiving, Leave A "Trail of Breadcrumbs"

    I know that the purpose of archiving is to reduce database size. And that's perfect. But it would be great if in accounting and documentation a record was kept that showed that there WERE previous cases.

    For example, what if the case name remained in the patient screen where cases are listed? It could have the case name, followed by the archive date. No other case information or documents, etc would remain, just the old case names would show up in the list along with non-archived cases.

    Basically, just a reminder to everyone dealing with a patient that they were…

  8. Allow for more conditions for charge checking

    Right now, we can only do charge checking with two conditions. Would be wonderful to be able to set up multiple conditions. Complexity seems to come in with multiple and/or statements, but I know you guys are smart enough to allow for such groupings :-)

  9. Add Case Information Option When Scheduling A New Patient

    When scheduling a new patient you have to save and exit to the scheduler, select patient and then open a new case. This would give an option to add case information after saving the patient demographics instead of exiting.

  11. Reminder Calls - Different Messages for Different Appointment Types

    The ReminderCall.net intgeration is AWESOME. We like to have different messages for the different appointment types, but with the phone configuration I think you can only have one. For example, for Evaluations (our appointment type "EV") we like to remind the patient to arrive 10 minutes early, bring their prescription and insurance cards, wear loose fitting clothing, get a referral in place from their primary care MD, etc. And for our treatments (our appointment type "TX") we like to simply remind them of the date/time, which the current integration allows.

  12. Would like to have the old patient information window screen back. The update has made this hard to read since there is so much information

    Would like to have the old patient information window screen. The update has made this section very long and you now have to scroll down to get the information you need. It's not as easy to glance at like the old window was. Not reader friendly.

  13. Add more icons!

    The addition of the icons feature in scheduler is wonderful, and we use it regularly. The selection of icons is a little small, though. We use them to flag any underage patients, patients who receive traction, etc. Actually, a blue "male symbol" and pink "female symbol" would be helpful, as we only allow female employees to work on underage females, and male employees to work on underage males. Just an expansion of the present selection would be nice, or a process to add custom icons would be even better!

  14. Previous Billing Shown in Accounting

    When in a patient account, there should be an option to look at when the previous billing was sent and to whom. This should include every billing and not overwrite previous. You would then know when the primary was billed and how many times as well as the secondary....

    Hello, we are hard at work in the next update (.9) where we are combining the entire software (all 6 modules) into a single application. So you will be able to see the full schedule from Accounting or Documentation.

  16. Link the modules of TO...if you open a patient in accounting, you should be able to click and open the same patient in Documentation.

    This would be extremely useful for those who have to look at both the clinical and accounting side of a patient record. It would save a lot of duplicate data entry!

  17. The ability to Add a date of service once already into applying insurance Payments

    There are times that I am entering a large payment and a date of service I picked was a supply not a date of service, or I missed one date on a particular patient. You have to start completely over! It would be nice to be able to add it without losing everything you already entered.

  19. Batch Filename Change

    Currently, when saving a claim batch, the default name is great, but if you generate more than one a day, the automatic file names are identical, and the new batch will overwrite the old. Making a change each time is a bit of a hassle, as you have to navigate through your folders, find the right one, and change the name. Could the automatic name be modified to also include a timestamp at the end, so that it would not overwrite any batches that are already in that folder? (for instance, a claim generated at 2:56.25 PM would read *current…

  20. Have a clinic "alert" section to remind us that an authorization is due, poc is due, missing pt's information, etc. for all pts in one spot.

    Having an alert for all the pt's in one area would minimize claim denials and help us to keep track of authorizations, plan of cares, pt's demographics, etc. The alert is something that can be checked daily to ensure everything is up to date and no vital information is missing.
