Accounting Notes should be restricted to users with Accounting access
We can restrict access to the accounting module, but all notes are viewable in Patient History. Users with no Accounting access should not be able to view Patient History notes that are labeled as "Accounting" type.
Maybe something that, when a user does not have access to the accounting module, they are unable to check the box for accounting notes to show in patient history? They would also need to be unable to create notes with the accounting label.
Is this something that is possible? We run into a lot of situations where this would be helpful. There are just some notes taken in the accounting department that don't need to be public knowledge for everyone who works in the office, and it would be nice if they were restricted.
This would be very helpful. Not all of our employees need to be aware of patient financial information, and being able to post such things in a way that was restricted to the Accounting department would be great.
