You can select what the Visit Type is set to if you want it to originally be set to Telehealth across the board instead of Office Visit
Its great the new update allows you to set Telehealth billing rules to specific insurances and all the PTs have to do is select Telehealth as the visit type when they create a document. But currently, all our visits are telehealth, can the setting be changed so Telehealth is the automatic visit type for the time being?
In the Early Summer Update (.19) we’ll have the feature to link the appointment type to a visit type. This should allow you to auto set those if you are using the document organizers.
