    We have the patient version of the portal in beta now if you are interested in trying it now.

    The referral version is something that we hope to start working on soon.

    Thanks Randy, we have several thousand custom reports we've created. Typically when we get several requests for the same thing we'll update our standard reports to include that.

    The custom reports we have are typically fairly specific to what another customer has requested, so we are worried the way one clinic computes a total could be different from another and it would cause confusion.

    We are working right now on a new version of our standard reports. If you have any suggestions for any reports you would like to see, please let us know. Thanks!

    Hello, if you click on My Tickets and then click Show search panel there are different search criteria. In the lower right corner, click All, and then click Search. You can then see all your tickets including old tickets.

    If you ever feel like a ticket is closed before it's completed, please re-open it and let our support team know so we can make sure the issue is resolved. Sorry about that!

    Hello Tarrin, I'm sorry if you are having troubles, you should be able to free type in the Assessment line. So we probably need to take a look to see what is happening from your side.

    We’re sorry this is so difficult to use. We were working with our user interface vendor on this issue and unfortunately due to the deadline with MIPS we couldn’t resolve this issue in time.

    We have the fix done and we are going to be hopefully rolling it out in preview tomorrow or Monday and then release it later next week. We added additional features as well that the prior version didn’t have.

    Hello,

    We tried to make the new window faster to navigate by allowing each control to be tabbed so you wouldn't have to use the mouse as much. We also made this window re-sizable so you can maximize it to fit the entire screen if you want to and it should save that size each time you open it.

    So we were hoping that most areas of the patient information screen should be visible by default. We also tried to prioritize the layout so the more important items were on top.

    Are there certain items on the Patient Information window that you are having to scroll down to see that we could possibly move up?

    Thanks, yeah we've looked into this - some things we probably could allow for end user customization.

    If you have anything you are looking for right now though, please let us know, we have many auto task rules we've built out that are custom and aren't included in the standard set, so there is a chance we could have something you are looking for.

    Hello, are these intake forms? If so, please give me an example of the sorts of things you have on them. We are wrapping up development of the new Patient Portal product which allows you to add customizable forms to the portal if that helps?

    Hello, if you go to the backstage menu, then go under Scheduling, then click Scheduling Options, there is a setting for Start of Day and End of Day. These will allow you to see and hide time slots out of the range that patients would be treated.

    Hello,

    I double checked the source code and it doesn't appear we made any changes as far as bolding the font or anything, however we did make the changes to have the CCI Edit checking window appear for Medicare patients. This should automatically add the 59 modifiers.

    Batch checks should also work still for all these.

    I'm going to have someone reach out to you to see if maybe we can help, something doesn't sound like it's setup correct or something.

    OK so - just thinking off the top of my head, would you be better off just having a widget that we could place on your clinic navigator that would allow you to somehow view the report and lock the report from 2 buttons at the top of the widget.

    You could view the report, then close it, and if good, then click lock on the top of the widget?

    You would never then go into the patient navigator.

    This would be far faster because we'll not need to be loading screens that aren't necessary, and thus also eliminating clicks.

    Or something along those lines? Any ideas? We can maybe start to look into this more if you think that works.

    We can certainly try to see if we can find a way to reduce clicks. Typically though most people will lock their notes after they generate them and use the Generate and Lock, and then Close Back To Clinic Navigator options.

    In your workflow are you reviewing notes that like a PTA is generating for you? (I'm just trying to determine if we can improve this some other way for your workflow)

    Hello,

    We intentionally have this so that it can't be unlocked - the reason we do this is for your protection if in the event of a legal issue. In the past this has held up fine in court.

    I'd recommend not making a flex note though. If you want to make a addendum you should regenerate the report from the data and save it as a secondary report and name it something different. You then have a copy of the before and the after changes in the report.

    Hello,

    If a fax fails, it should display this in the Inbound Queue. It will then allow you to add this entry as a patient history entry.

    Can you check to see if the Fax Failure messages are displayed in the Inbound Queue?

    Thanks, what would you like integrated between TheraOffice and Exercise Pro? Do you want to have their pictures in our software or do you want to send the treatments marked with "HEP" to Exercise Pro to then generate a list of the exercises?

    What kinds of features for integration would be helpful? The integrations we've looked into so far mostly are just passing patient demographic information into the other application. So far we haven't been able to get data back or pass in performed treatments.

    Yes patients will be able to electronically sign documents through the portal. We have a customizable set of policies (like HIPAA Consent, Financial Policy, etc.) that can be customized.

    Self check in isn't currently in the portal but we will be looking into that for a future version.

    Yep, you will be able to sync any questions in the initial evaluation you would like to ask the patient. Our goal is to make it so the patient could input the patient info / demographic, case info, and like the subjective portions of the initial evaluation via the portal and have it auto import.

    Yes, we are planning on building out Function VIBE to be able to handle some intake features. The current plan is to be able to merge it with Documentation so a patient can fill out certain parts of the subjective parts of an eval and have it auto populate. This is where most of the manual entry of the eval can be sped up and is why we are targeting this part.

    From the feedback we've gathered, most people are still wanting someone at the front desk to populate the demographic and case info so the patient would just verify this from Function VIBE.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

    We don't have a time frame set yet just due to ICD-10 but we did have a prototype built.

    Thanks, we'll be releasing the Function Vibe app for iPad and Windows 8 soon (like in a few weeks). One idea that was presented was adding the intake entry part to this because it seemed like a good fit - you'd basically be able to give the patient the tablet after they got in and they would then do demographic and case info, then if Medicare they could perform their functional testing.

    The browser based web portal where patients could pre-register is the other direction which would allow the patient to enter demographic and case info through the web portal and then it would download into the inbound queue like a received fax.

    Any preferences?

    I think we can do this with 2 special buttons.

    When you generate a note, click the "Save Report" radio button. This will generate and then display the Save Report window. Next, on the Save Report window, click "Lock Document Data, Then Close To Clinic Navigator After Save". This will save your choices so the next time you do it, then it will remember those.

    The spell check will be done in the next update so when you are editing it will be in the document editor so hopefully you won't have to worry about that step either.
